Responsibilities:
Drive the strategy and roadmap, aligning with the Ads Billing goals.
Lead a team of engineers, fostering their career growth and development.
Own design, architecture, and implementation of robust, scalable, reliable Ads billing systems and stay contributing to code, design, and debugging to maintain technical context and credibility.
Ensure high-standards for code quality, testing and system health through code-reviews, design-reviews, and promoting best practices and develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for complex workflows and enhance decision-making.
Ensure utmost accuracy and reliability of billing-calculations, invoicing, and payment-processing, given the direct financial impact.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team.
Experience in building and deploying fullstack applications and servers.
Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains.
