Apply or save
For jobs posted directly by recruiters on Slatebook, you apply through us — your application goes to their inbox. For jobs we've ingested from aggregator feeds, the Apply button takes you to the employer's external site. Save anything you want to come back to.
Get discovered (anonymously)
Verified recruiters search an anonymised view of your profile. If one's interested, they send an Unlock Profile request with a note. You see who they are, the role, and decide whether to accept. If yes, your identity becomes visible to them — and a conversation thread opens up under Messages.
