What you will do:
In this role you will:
Lead FX trading and interest rate hedging for our firm
Maintain and further develop FX and interest rate hedging strategy. Analyze exposure data. Periodically present to Treasurer, Finance leaders, and CFO on hedge performance/effectiveness. Make recommendations to enhance hedging program further
Advise and drive different initiatives related to capital structure (e.g., debt vs. equity) and capital markets activities (e.g., debt issuance, revolving credit facility)
Seek enhancement opportunities within Treasury processes. Embrace technology and systems to aid in transforming processes
Approve key global liquidity decisions, including investments, cash, debt, and repatriations
Manage external bank relationships for various regions
Partner with Controllership team to strengthen controls framework to manage risk. Review policy updates and exception requests
Advise partners and senior partners on FX strategy, A/R factoring, or other Treasury topics at a consulting engagement level, when requested
Collaborate with and serve as a thought partner to other leaders in Finance, FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Insurance, and Operations
Oversee team of managers and overall subfunction of bank account management and compliance. Serve as a point of escalation and advisor on complex matters such as KYC requests, bank account opening challenges in frontier markets, and sanctions inquiries
Serve as an officer representing firm, Treasury and finance on various subsidiaries. Review and sign off on corporate documentation
Oversee a team of 5-7 direct and indirect reports in location
You will be based in our Gurugram office. In the role you will work closely with other finance leaders internationally and in India. Reporting directly to our firm’s treasurer, you'll be accountable for core Treasury functions and processes. You will lead multiple projects and initiatives and will be sought out as a thought partner by partners and senior firm service professionals.

Your background:
4-year university degree, M.B.A., CTP preferred
15+ years total finance experience, with significant experience in Treasury
Knowledge of FX, capital markets, financial risk management, and financial instruments
Understanding of corporate banking
Deep knowledge of capital structure and financial modeling
Excellent analytic, strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, and problem solving skills
Manage/coach/motivate teams and lead cross-functional teams
Strong people development skills
Ability to communicate in a clear, persuasive way to senior/junior audiences including partners and external stakeholder
