2023. About the role The Business Development Officer - HORECA will be responsible for
expanding the HORECA channel focusing on hotels, cafes, and restaurants within
the designated territory. They will work towards servicing clients, meeting
revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with
cross-functional teams. Responsibilities · Cover the HORECA channel, focusing on
hotels, cafes, and restaurants, to increase sales revenue and market
penetration. · Establish primary and secondary
targets account wise and market wise as per the territory · Identify and secure new clients while
nurturing existing relationships to meet revenue targets. · Meet sales targets and KPIs set by senior
management through effective sales strategies and initiatives. · Provide weekly reporting on all sales
activities to monitor success and effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement. · Work on range selling & cross
selling initiatives at existing accounts Job Specification Education and skills · 2+ years of
relevant experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the HORECA segment. · Bachelor's
degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Competencies · Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
and as part of a team. · Proactive,
