AI-powered and agentic developer tools are changing what is possible, creating an opportunity to rethink how engineers write, test, review, ship, and operate software. We’re looking for someone with strong engineering fundamentals, infrastructure experience, product judgment, and a real interest in developer experience and developer productivity.
Some of our present and future challenges include:
You’ll draw on your backend, infrastructure, and platform engineering experience to build developer tooling that is scalable, reliable, easy to use, and valuable to a growing engineering organization. You’ll work directly with engineers across Reddit to understand their pain points, shape solutions, incorporate feedback, and communicate the impact of the team’s work.
