About the Role
We are looking for a
data-driven Product Analyst to join the Ground Transport team. In this role,
you will convert product and user journey data into clear insights that help
Product Managers validate decisions, measure launches, and shape the roadmap.
The Product Analyst will help
the business make better product decisions through data, experimentation, and
scalable insight systems. This role will own product performance tracking,
support discovery and launch analysis, and build AI-enabled workflows
and self-serve analytics tools that reduce dependency on manual requests. The
analyst will partner with Product, Data, and Technology teams to turn product
questions into trusted metrics, dashboards, and actionable
recommendations.
What will you be doing
Build AI-enabled tooling
and self-serve workflows
Identify recurring manual analysis requests and convert them into dashboards, templates, automated reports, or AI-assisted workflows.
Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation,
anomaly detection, workflow documentation, and stakeholder-ready
summaries.
Partner with data science, product, and
technology teams to build a self-serve platform that lets stakeholders
answer common product questions independently.
Maintain metric definitions, reusable query
logic, and documentation so self-serve outputs remain trusted
and consistent.
Support product discovery
and experimentation
Partner with
Product Managers to frame
hypotheses, size opportunities, and evaluate product ideas using data.
Design and analyze experiments, A/B tests, cohort
cuts, and pre/post launch reads to guide roadmap decisions.
Create clear readouts that connect analysis to
customer impact, business impact, and next actions.
Bridge product, data, and
technology teams
Translate business and product
questions into
clear analytical requirements, tracking needs, and data definitions.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to
improve event instrumentation, reporting reliability, and analytical
coverage.
Create structured product insights for leadership
reviews, roadmap discussions, and launch retrospectives.
Drive product performance
visibility
Define success
metrics for product launches,
feature adoption, funnel movement, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Build dashboards and insight narratives that help
product and leadership teams understand what is working, what is not, and
where to focus next.
Identify trends, anomalies, and user journey
friction from product data, then translate findings into practical
recommendations.
Qualification & Experience
1-3 years of
experience in product analytics,
business analytics, data analytics, BI, or a related product-facing role.
Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills;
experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
Comfort with product metrics, funnels, cohorts,
experiments, and translating analysis into clear business recommendations.
Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation,
no-code or low-code tools, Python, or analytics engineering is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability
to work with Product, Data, Engineering, Growth, and business
stakeholders.
Key Success Factors for the Role
Success in this role means
turning product and user data into clear insights that improve roadmap
decisions, feature performance, and customer journeys. The Product Analyst
should build trusted dashboards, metrics, and AI-enabled self-serve workflows,
while collaborating with the Data Science team on analysis, experimentation,
and insight generation. Strong partnership with Product, Data, Technology, and
Data Science teams will be key to translating business questions into scalable
analytics solutions.
