The position in discussion is with the Managed Services team, part of our Consulting team.

Financial & Management Reporting
Prepare and analyze
monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports
, including P&L, cost center, and variance reports.
Support preparation of
management dashboards and performance metrics
for leadership review.
Perform
actual vs budget vs forecast analysis
and highlight key drivers and risks.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports in line with reporting calendars.
Support automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Cost Accounting & Analysis
Perform
detailed cost accounting activities
, including product/service costing, standard costing, and cost allocations.
Analyze
fixed and variable costs
, and track cost center performance.
Conduct
cost variance analysis
(labor, material, overhead) and provide root-cause insights.
Support margin and profitability analysis at product, customer, or project level.
Assist in identifying
cost optimization opportunities
and tracking savings initiatives.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
Support
annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
activities.
Consolidate cost inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensure data accuracy.
Track budget utilization and flag potential overruns or inefficiencies.
Controls, Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure compliance with
accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)
and internal policies.
Support
internal audits, statutory audits, and cost audits
by providing data and analysis.
Maintain strong controls over cost data, master data, and reporting assumptions.
Qualifications
CA /CA
Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Experience
5–8 years
of relevant experience in
financial reporting, cost accounting, or FP&A
Experience in
manufacturing, services, IT/ITES, or project-based environments
preferred
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of
cost accounting concepts and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems
(SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Dynamics preferred)
Advanced
MS Excel
skills (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query; macros a plus)
Exposure to
Power BI / Tableau
or similar reporting tools is an advantage
