We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
Responsibilities:
Architect and scale software platforms for networking infrastructure management, prioritizing reliability, performance, and observability.
Break down ambiguous technical problems into solvable tasks and guide systems design for the engineering team.
Own the end-to-end software product lifecycle for infrastructure initiatives, reducing operational toil and driving CapEx optimization.
Mentor engineers on software architecture, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and scalable product development.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience leveraging AI-driven workflows or ML models to optimize software tooling or processes.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience building high-performance multi-tenant resource orchestration systems, taking complex technical ideas from inception to successful product launch, or familiarity with networking domain.
Proven track record of improving engineering quality, reducing operational toil, and scaling infrastructure.
