Key job responsibilities
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and operate scalable distributed services for cross-border trade and regulatory compliance.
• Translate ambiguous business and regulatory requirements into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
• Own the architecture and delivery of major features, including effort estimation and rollout planning.

You will work with product, compliance, and engineering partners to clarify customer needs, review designs, and build services that operate at Amazon scale. A typical day may include writing and reviewing code, resolving production issues, making architecture decisions, and planning delivery with your Scrum team. You will own the systems you build, use operational data to improve them, and help teammates grow through thoughtful design and code reviews.
