Job Brief: Parle Agro Private Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage human resource functions across multiple locations within the region. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the food production industry, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational growth and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that all HR practices support the company’s commitment to quality and innovation in the food production sector. Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with Parle Agro’s business goals and operational needs. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent in the food production industry. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and growth. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations across all regional locations. Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies tailored to the unique challenges of the food production sector. Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and support career progression within the region. Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and develop succession planning strategies. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and improve HR processes. Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to foster an equitable workplace culture across the region. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-location leadership role within the food production or FMCG industry.
