As a Senior Consultant in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and PingFederate, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of identity solutions aligned to clients’ digital transformation and security objectives. You will contribute to complex IAM engagements across delivery execution and solution strategy, working with cross-functional teams to help clients strengthen consumer trust, improve access experiences, and secure sensitive data. This role offers the opportunity to work across platforms, technologies, and client environments in a fast-paced cyber practice.

As a Senior Consultant on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for…
Supporting end-to-end CIAM engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
Designing and implementing IAM capabilities across authentication, federation, registration, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access, and identity lifecycle management
Integrating IAM platforms and protocols with applications, directories, and identity sources using tools such as PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, and Transmit Security
Translating business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions and contributing to architecture, proof-of-concept, and advisory activities
Developing delivery artifacts including process flows, test plans, configuration documentation, and implementation support materials

Deloitte's Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice, within Cyber Risk Services, enables trust and safety across digital products and consumer-facing platforms. We protect users, consumers, and patients from harm by helping clients establish consumer confidence — ensuring they know with whom they are dealing and securing access to sensitive data.
Our team delivers full-spectrum IAM services: from customer identity lifecycle and federation, to enterprise provisioning, access certification, role management, and IAM road map strategy. We partner closely with clients undergoing digital transformation, supporting both implementation and strategic advisory engagements.
Location: HYD/BLR/CHN/PUN
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative discipline
5-9 years of industry experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management
2+ years of hands-on customization experience with Transmit Security and/or Ping Identity tools, including PingFederate, PingOne, or PingAccess
Experience implementing authentication and federation protocols, including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation
Experience working with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS), and Linux environments
Experience using Java, .NET, or scripting languages for IAM integrations and customizations
Preferred:
Experience delivering IAM engagements in a consulting services environment
Experience with Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or Saviynt
Experience with web and application servers, including Internet Information Services (IIS), WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, or Apache Tomcat
Experience supporting IAM road map, strategy, or vendor selection activities
Experience developing or delivering training, proof-of-concept activities, or both for IAM solutions
Industry certifications such as Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or cloud security certifications
