Working closely with Area Services leaders, sales teams and cross-functional partners, you will drive execution of key priorities including Frontier and Core Execution to accelerate Unified, Enhanced Solutions and ISD. Strategy & Growth Drive the landing and activation of Services GTM priorities across India. Localise and execute regional and global GTM strategies based on market opportunities and customer demand. Enable and activate ATU, STU, CSU, ISD Delivery, SPT, and Services Sales teams through targeted communications, readiness programs, and field engagement. Increase awareness and adoption of Services offers, solution plays, and delivery capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, business reviews, and strategic programs. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through reporting and business analysis. 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience. 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience. 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
