The Finance Technology Team
The Finance Technology team within Okta's Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) organization is dedicated to designing, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our core financial operations. Our Order-to-Cash practice sits at the center of Okta's revenue engine, managing everything from order management and billing to collections, revenue recognition, and GL posting. We are actively investing in AI-powered initiatives and process improvements that directly impact Okta's cash flow and revenue performance.
The Senior Product Analyst Opportunity
This role will serve as the primary functional expert for Okta's end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within NetSuite. You will own the configuration, optimization, and integration of our core O2C systems — spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, and AWS — while collaborating closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, and development teams to drive scalable solutions. This is a senior, highly accountable role for someone who is proactive, eager to take ownership, and excited to lead AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and cash flow.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
