Technical Program Manager, AI Data

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities:
Lead program execution: Lead programs for tamper-proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage. Additionally, you may lead programs in evaluation of safety risks and data acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with engineering, product management, and other partners to define all workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones.
Communicate effectively: Provide project status updates to various audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
Prioritize and align: Drive feature planning and build cohesion and alignment across stakeholders.
Exhibit technical leadership: Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with large-scale data management.
Experience with quantitative analysis and cost-effectiveness assessment techniques.
Familiarity with AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes.
Knowledge of data quality metrics and KPIs for AI products.
