Title: Senior Consultant, OT Cybersecurity
Work You’ll Do
Support clients in improving cybersecurity across OT, ICS, and industrial environments. The role will involve solution design and deployment, client engagement, project delivery, proposal support, and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assess OT cybersecurity risks across manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, or similar environments.
Design and deploy OT security solutions, including asset management, network monitoring, segmentation, and secure remote access.
Support OT gap assessments and cyber risk assessments.
Contribute to proposals, client presentations, project planning, and delivery.
Coordinate project activities and provide guidance to junior team members.
Collaborate with client, engineering, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.
Required Skills:
5–10 years of experience in OT, ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or a related field.
Practical experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of OT devices and OT network architectures.
Experience with at least two of the following:
OT asset management
OT network segmentation
Secure remote access
OT monitoring or IDS
OT Automation solutions
OT incident response
IoT security
SCADA/ICS security
Experience with OT cybersecurity platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, or equivalent.
Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST - 800-82, NISTIR – 8183, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and OT cyber risk management.
Skilled in developing, reviewing, and refining technical deliverables and documentation.
Ability to lead team members and coordinate effectively with peers.
Experience in presenting findings to executive or plant-level stakeholders
Ability to use GenAI and agentic AI tools to accelerate OT cybersecurity assessments, documentation, threat analysis, solution design, and delivery workflows, while applying appropriate governance, validation, and human oversight.
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI controls in cybersecurity contexts.
Awareness of risks from autonomous agents in OT environments, especially where safety, availability, and process integrity are critical.
Ability to work with AI copilots or agents for repeatable delivery tasks, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, or MS in Cybersecurity) is a plus.
Experience supporting proposals or client-facing consulting engagements.
Ability to lead workstreams and coordinate project teams.
Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
Preferred:
Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP.
PMP, Scrum, or similar project-management certification.
Experience in Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products.
