About the role
As a Technical Program Management III, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing complex technical programs to ensure successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards. Your experience of 8.0-10.0 years will be instrumental in providing strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Apply AI Orchestration & Agentic Design principles to streamline program workflows and enhance efficiency.
Utilize Systems Thinking to analyze complex problems and design innovative solutions.
Implement Performance Engineering practices to optimize system performance and scalability.
Utilize your expertise in at least one programming language such as Java, GoLang, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, or React Native to drive technical excellence.
Manage databases including Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, MySQL, Mongo, Solr, or ElasticSearch to ensure data integrity and availability.
Facilitate collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
Exercise Thought Leadership by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Conduct Requirement Gathering and Analysis to understand project objectives and stakeholder needs.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions for project implementation.
Perform Risk Analysis to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to address issues proactively and prevent recurrence.
Implement Cost Optimization strategies to maximize project efficiency and ROI.
Demonstrate Analytical Thinking to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and transparency.
