Regional SFA

Job Brief: Parle Agro Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and optimize our regional sales force automation (SFA) initiatives within the MIS & Analytics department. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing sales operations efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions tailored to the food production industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in sales automation tools, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and operational excellence across multiple regions. Responsibilities: Manage the complete project from planning to execution
of the SFA roll out. Lead a team of regional training managers, Help desk
executive, analyst and SFA roll out vendor. Prepare training schedule and ensure its timely
implementation across the HQ’s as per plan. Would involve complete project management, time lines,
budgets and people management. Would involve travelling to HQ’s for implementation of
the SFA roll out calendar. Ensure all training material, such as handouts, tabs,
covers, sim cards, etc arrive at the location prior to scheduled of the roll
out. Liaison with the sales team and the vendor teams in
particular to ensure smooth roll out. Provide regular and timely updates to the management
about the health and status of the roll out. SMART

Competencies required Plan the Project calendar for the SFA rollout. Involved in project management activities in Large SFA
implementation initiatives Ensure proper implementation of the calendar along with
the internal team / vendor Involved in Training and coordination activities in
Large SFA implementation initiatives Train new recruits and handhold them till they are
independent Involved in Training and coordination activities in
Large SFA implementation initiatives Ensure compliance of business rules by the sales team Basic analysis on compliance and usage of application
by the sales officers. Ensure smooth implementation of SFA roll out Should be able to handle and resolve issues arising
during the implementation Coordinate logistics (Training room, Material,
Infrastructure and attendees) for the SFA roll out Must work closely with the sales team / Vendor towards
the implementation of the project Knowledge required: Must have hands on
knowledge of SFA and DMS Application and rollout activity. Having significant
experience in Project Management, knowledge transfer / training. Basic IT
application and FMCG knowledge is a must have. Should have handled teams &
Vendors in the past. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales force automation, MIS, or analytics roles within the food production or FMCG industry.
