About the role
Role Overview
Drive network optimization, automation, FTTH migration, feasibility validation, and access sales support to improve network utilization, process efficiency, and business conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Automate network processes including Wireless KPI, FNPT/feasibility validation, ISP/ONNET, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support FTTH migration of PRI, TP, IWAN, and legacy networks.
• Validate IWAN/NF orders, network feasibility, capacity, and FTTH availability.
• Drive Microwave-to-Fiber migration and network/sector optimization.
• Identify low-utilization sectors, FTTH-enabled buildings, and available network capacity for business growth.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven insights for planning, utilization, and sales support.
• Coordinate with Sales, Network, Engineering, Operations, and Technology teams.
Required Skills
• Telecom/ISP network knowledge across Wireless, FTTH, Fiber, and IWAN.
• Experience in Network Planning/Operations and feasibility validation.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel, or automation tools.
• Exposure to OFT/ISP/ONNET, Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Reduction in manual processes and turnaround time.
• Automation and feasibility accuracy.
• FTTH migration completion.
• Improved network utilization.
• Reduction in order fallout/rework.
• Business opportunities enabled through existing network infrastructure.
