·       Creation of
visually appealing, cost-effective designs with value additions for stationery
especially notebooks as per client brief.
·       Running
design projects, from conception to delivery. Develop layouts considering
design elements, typography, vector-based concepts and printing margins.
·       Implement
printing margins, bleed and safety zones for accurate printing results and
developing the files for pre-press.
·       Collaborate
and communicate across sales, operations, design and factory team for printing
specifications and ensuring closure of projects within timelines.
·       Create
detailed specifications instructions for production teams.
·       Develop
prototypes and samples to test and refine designs before production.
Ø  Diploma
degree or equivalent in graphic design, printing and packaging.
Ø  Proven
experience of 3-5 years working in the commercial printing and packaging industry
with focus on print design, execution of value additions and pre press.
Ø  Strong
knowledge of printing substrates, paper types and including printing
technologies.
 
Ø  Strong
understanding of all new techniques, value additions and their pre-press requirements
as per industry standards. They should be updated with the latest printing and packaging trends and incorporate innovative techniques.
 
 
Ø  They should
be proficient in latest Adobe suite, Corel Draw & MS Excel.
