Adobe Cloud Technology Group is building a collaboration platform for creative, marketing, and document workflows. We're enabling data-driven features at scale and pushing the future of SaaS development by using and building the latest tech and design thinking! We love architecting, designing, and writing software.
We are currently building the platform using modern data processing and container orchestration technologies. We are taking a long-term architecture approach in building this platform so that it supports the current and future needs of all Adobe services (100's of them).We use best-in-class supporting tools like GitHub, Slack, and whatever else makes us productive.
What you'll do
Design, develop, and stabilize one or more components in the platform, with a focus on data ingestion pipelines at scale
Be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project from user story to design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance
Understand business requirements and convert them into technical design
Come up with efficient and bug-free implementation of the technical design
Secure and standards-compliant development
Collaborate with the team on designing, coding, and testing of components
Close interaction with stakeholders, Product Management, and PGM functions for scoping and prioritizing feature sets
What you need to succeed!
B.Tech and/or M.Tech in Computer Science with an excellent academic record
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
Self-motivated, with the ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments
Strong software development and design skills, with a good command of object-oriented programming
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and general software engineering practices
Solid problem-solving ability
Knowledge of or experience in data engineering is a big plus
Familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Databricks and Airflow is a big plus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good team player
Experience with Agile development practices
